We wanted to start our own business to provide for our family and have more control over our time.

First of all, we will help you comply with BC Law society rules. Second, we can take care of most full-cycle bookkeeping activities, and last and most importantly, we will help you navigate the different financial scenarios your firm will face.

Price & Onboarding

We like to say that our cost generally will be less expensive than if you were to hire an internal team member.

We use a fixed fee Price model; that way, you know exactly how much your invoice will be every time.

To be more specific. The price depends on several factors, such as your current situation, the complexity and volume of your operations, and ultimately the option you choose.

On average, the price of our services is in the range of 1.5K to 6.0K per month.

We start with a discovery video call to learn about your business, its current state, challenges and expectations.

Then we review our notes and prepare a proposal to match your needs which is presented in a second video call where we discuss the scope and review 3 different options to work together.

It’s simple, once the scope of the service is finalized, and we have a signed agreement, our onboarding process kicks in. It’s 3 steps:

First is to identify key stakeholders within your firm.

Second, request and set up all necessary accesses.

Third, we start working and deep dive into your current processes and way of doing business.

Support & Others

Our business model is 100% online, so we do not provide in-house service.

Everything is done online. We use Rotessa to receive payments from our clients. Once we have a signed agreement, the amount will be withdrawn from your bank each month automatically.

The main accounting and practice management software we use is QuickBooks Online, integrated with Clio or LeanLaw; we also use Soluno. There is some flexibility if needed as long as the options are cloud-based

Here is the beauty of technology, Emails and video calls are the primary source of support; however, we can also use instant messages and phone calls.
